2nd Grade has been studying the states of matter. Yesterday’s focus was the state of gas. Today we did a spooky experiment to see what would happen when we mix water, vinegar, and baking soda in a Frankenstein ziploc baggie. It wasn’t the explosion they anticipated, but we observed the gasses expand and max out the bag!
