GES & Nelson have started a Kindness Campaign. Students, staff, and families are all working together to be "Bucket Fillers" and focus on kindness in the last few weeks leading up to break. As a celebration after finishing their Plants Knowledge Unit, our Kindergarten students grew grass plant people complete with a drawn face, and they even gave them a haircut!

Veterans from the American Legion spent time in our 8th grade social studies classes on November 9!
This is a tradition that proves to be powerful to students, giving them an opportunity to speak with service members on their experiences. This year, veterans from the Gulf War, Vietnam War, and Korean Conflict were present. We wish to thank all veterans for serving our country!
