Get ready to move! Session 1 of WERQ Dance Classes began January 26 at the GES Gym. Classes will take place on Mondays from 5:00 to 6:00pm, with high-energy workouts set to your favorite music. 🎶

Looking for a midweek reset? Session 1 of Yoga Classes begins January 28 (TOMORROW) at the GES Gym. Join us on Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:00pm to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. 🧘

After covering John Wooden's pyramid of success in Life Skills class, two students claimed their family has a basketball signed by Coach Wooden. Indeed these cousins brought in the receipt to their claim.

Every first and third Thursday, the GHS Hope Squad hosts a game day during the lunch period. Students can relax, connect, and play board games. Plus, everyone who participates is entered into a prize drawing at the end of the day.

Grantsburgh Community Education’s yoga classes begin soon! ✨

Open to all ages, these gentle Hatha/Vinyasa-style yoga classes focus on mobility, strength, balance, and centering the mind.

Do you enjoy playing pickleball? Grantsburg Community Education’s pickleball sessions start in January and are open to everyone 18 and older! 🙌

Wednesdays sessions will be held from 4:00pm to 6:00pm from January 7 to April 29, 2026. Saturday sessions will be held from 9:00am to 11:00am from January 10 to April 25, 2026. All sessions will be located in the GES cafeteria gym. Registration is required.

There will be no school for students December 22 through January 2. We’ll see our students again on Monday, January 5, 2026!

Thank you to the Knights of Columbus for their donation of $540.38 from their Tootsie Roll fundraiser to support students in Special Education programming here at the Grantsburg School District.
