Juniors in the National Honor Society teamed up with Rotary for a highway cleanup effort! 🌎

Together, the group collected 14 bags of trash along a two-mile stretch of highway while helping keep the community clean and beautiful.

Congratulations to our five GHS students who participated in the Wisconsin State Solo & Ensemble Contest! 🎶

Stephanie Ayohua-Hernandez, Kaiden Xurvein, Renae Rengo, Ruby Rengo, and Kaitlyn Robin will compete this Saturday, May 2, at UW-Eau Claire in vocal, instrumental, and musical theatre events.

Students in Mr. Lehne's Government and Economics class visited the Burnett County Courthouse in late April to observe court proceedings. ⚖️

During the visit, students had the opportunity to ask questions of the judge, prosecutor, a defense attorney, and court reporter to gain insight into the judicial process.

This experience provided a real-world connection to classroom learning and helped students better understand how the legal system works within their community. 📚
