Due to the predicted timing of the severe weather, all after school and evening activities for today, Monday, April 28, 2025, are cancelled, including CLC and Community Education classes. The school board meeting is still scheduled to take place this evening.

Students in Kindergarten, and 2nd grade continued the festivities with the book Fenway and Hattie. They got together to play a few rounds of Barko, which is very similar to Bingo. The students really enjoyed getting together with their buddies throughout our weekly activities.

On Friday, Mrs. Stomberg's first grade class and Mr. Seeger's third grade class went on a nature hike to look for squirrels, birds, acorns, trees and pine cones in honor of our One Book One School book titled Fenway and Hattie!

For the month of April the Little Pirates, Kinder & Second Grade classes are collaborating on a weekly Fenway & Hattie activity . 🐶
The second graders were each paired with a kinder or little pirate friend and worked to decorate a pesky squirrel to add to the hallway tree. Fenway has a lot of work cut out for him with all these squirrels! 🐿️

We made squirrel feeders today with our 3rd grade buddies in conjunction with our book that the whole school is reading, "Fenway and Hattie."

Students playing Musical Bowling to identify note values!

Students doing an activity and making frog masks for the song "Five Green and Speckled Frogs."
