GMS 8th grade students took part in a Courage Retreat on September 12! The event was presented by Youth Frontiers, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring character, civility, and community in schools. The experience encouraged students to follow their hearts, do the right thing, take care of themselves and others, and speak up when they need help. The retreat supports GMS's school culture goal: to be a community that learns, leads, and grows together.
