Get ready to roll! Lefse season is here, and our Community Education class is the perfect way to get in the holiday spirit.

This two-night workshop will walk you through every step of the traditional Scandinavian treat—from potato prep to rolling, folding, and storing. All supplies are included, and you'll take home your homemade lefse at the end of class.

GSD is seeking individuals to coach our Middle School Girls in Basketball in their upcoming 2025-2026 season starting in January. We are looking for two individuals-- one to lead our 7th grade squad and one to lead our 8th grade squad!

School buses help students get to and from school safely every day—but they need our help on the roads! Please remember to drive with extra care around school buses and in school zones. 🚌

✅ Always stop when a bus extends its stop arm and red lights are flashing

✅ Slow down and stay alert in neighborhoods and near bus stops

✅ Never try to pass a school bus that is loading or unloading students

Fire safety is important at school and at home! 🚒

We’d like to share a few tips for families to prevent fires:

✅ Test smoke alarms monthly and replace the batteries regularly
✅ Create a fire escape plan and practice it with your family
✅ Keep matches and lighters out of reach of children
✅ Stay in the kitchen while cooking—especially when using the stovetop

Taking time to prepare helps protect the people who matter most!
