Culinary Arts 1 students at GHS recently embarked on a sensory journey with an Herb & Spice Exploration Lab! 🌿🌶️ They had the chance to see, smell, and taste a wide variety of ingredients, from fragrant basil and zesty cumin to warm cinnamon and earthy turmeric. 
This hands-on experience was all about building a chef's palate and understanding how these powerful ingredients can transform a simple dish into something extraordinary!
