It is my privilege to serve as the principal of Grantsburg Middle School. This is my first year in this role and my fourth year in the Grantsburg School District, and I am incredibly excited to continue working alongside our dedicated staff, supportive families, and most importantly our amazing students.

Middle school is a time to strengthen knowledge, build character, and prepare for the future. Rooted in the Pirate Way, respectful, responsible, and safe, our school community works together to help every student succeed.

A Little About Me

Before becoming principal, I served as assistant principal, athletic director, and Physical Education teacher here in Grantsburg. Prior to becoming a Pirate I taught and coached in West Fargo ND. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for our school’s strong sense of community, commitment to excellence, and focus on doing what’s best for kids.

I’m passionate about building positive school culture, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring that every student leaves GMS ready for the opportunities and challenges of high school and beyond.
