About the Teacher!I am K endra Hansen and this is my 4th year teaching in Grantsburg, and my 7th year as an elementary teacher. I am also the ccurrent High School JV Volleyball Coach. Prior to teaching, I was a stay at home mom, and operated a licensed childcare center out of my home for 10 years. I live just north of Cushing, on Herby Lake, with my partner Scott, 14 year old daughter Jordyn, our puppies Bella and Oakleigh. I grew up in Rice Lake, completed my Bachelors in Early Childhood from UW River Falls, and Masters in Education with emphasis in Special Education, from St. Mary's University. I enjoy spending time with my 5 grandchildren, gardening, crafting, camping and enjoying the beautiful outdoors! I am excited and eager to kick-off another great year of learning, and am looking forward to growing the minds of littles! |
