 Welcome to Mrs. Lee's First Grade Class!Hi! My name is Kara Lee. This is my fifth year teaching first grade full time in Grantsburg. I grew up in Grantsburg, and graduated from GHS in 1995. I graduated from UW-Stout in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Before teaching full time, I was a substitute teacher, a licensed home daycare provider, and also kept busy caring for my own children at home. I am married to my husband Jason and we have five wonderful children (Derek-Sophomore in college, Carson-Senior, Anika-Sophomore, Alex-7th grade, Karina-4th grade). I love spending time with my family and watching the kids as they grow. We stay busy with all of their activities! In my free time I enjoy decorating, outdoor activities, gardening, shopping, and traveling. First grade is a special year, and I feel so blessed to be a part of it! I have a passion for teaching, and I look forward to seeing your child learn and grow this year! |
